EnerQi Membership Terms and Conditions

1. To be a member of EnerQi, you must: –

a. either download the Ecolite.My App (“App”) or log on to store.ecolite.com.my (“Site”);

b. be a Malaysian citizen;

c. aged 18 and above on the date of application;

d. complete the sign up form; and

e. complete the verification process upon receiving our notification.

2. You hereby represent and warrant that all the information and/or details provided in the sign up form are true, accurate and are to the best of your knowledge. Your permission to use our Site and/or App is conditional upon your agreement that you will provide accurate information when creating an account or registering for your membership.

3. We may, at our absolute discretion and for any reason whatsoever, reject your application. Our decision and determination at any time and in any respect to your application, shall be final and absolute and you shall be bound to the said decision and/or determination.

4. Benefits for all EnerQi members, including: –

    • Reward points for purchase
    • Reward points for referral programme
    • Double points on member day
    • Birthday treat
    • Latest news

5. For new member who sign up using the Link shared by the existing member, the new member will be rewarded with 100 Qi points upon successful registration and the existing member will be rewarded with 100 Qi points upon successful registration of the new member.

6. Qi points can be accumulated and redeemed for Voucher(s), products or gifts subject to the terms and conditions attached to it. Voucher(s) can be used to redeem purchases at Ecolite.My App/Estore. Voucher(s) are not exchangeable for cash.

7. EnerQi member will enjoy special promotion on the birthday month with a special notification send by email.

8. Ecolite Distribution reserves the rights, at any stage of application/registration to disqualify or terminate or suspend your application/membership without prior notice in the event any of the following occurs: –

a. your breach of any Terms & Conditions herein and/or any laws or regulations applicable to the membership programs;

b. your conduct relating to fraud, cheating, deception or dishonesty; or

c. such other reason or circumstance as may be determined by Ecolite Distribution in its sole and absolute discretion.

9. Member who wish to change personal information must log in store.ecolite.com.my to change or notify Ecolite Distribution Sdn Bhd. Ecolite Distribution Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any loss of privileges or points due to the changes in the information.

10. The Terms & Conditions are non-exhaustive and we may vary or supplement the Terms & Conditions at any time and in our absolute discretion without prior notice to you. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions on each occasion you visit our Site and/or App. Continued use of our Site and/or App will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. You may discontinue using our Site and/or App if you disagree to be bound by such new Terms and Conditions.

11. EnerQi members agree that Ecolite Distribution Sdn Bhd (including relevant employees) collect, use or share its information, which includes information disclosed in purchasing products is only for the purpose of the membership program.
