Membership Registration is FREE!
Shipping Cost:
- For West Malaysia, non-members are charged RM15 for shipping.
- For East Malaysia, non-members are charged RM30 for shipping.
Free Shipping: Non-members entitled for FREE shipping with minimum purchase RM200 or above.
Membership Terms and Conditions
- Would-be Members MUST be at least 13 years old to register and are required to provide a full name as per NRIC, active mobile number, birthday date, email address & gender.
- This membership can only be used in Malaysia.
- Membership is not transferable.
- For every RM1.00 spent (with Service Charge, Service Tax and after Points and Complimentary Vouchers redemption), Members will be awarded with 1 Point. The Points will be converted to cash rebate (100 points = RM1.00) which can be used in your next bill.
- Members can choose to fully or partially redeem their available Point balance. Members may also keep accumulating points through several purchases and redeem points at next purchases.
- Earn double point for Special Promotion and other rewards (such as special discount and exclusive members’ event).
- Special discount, points redemption, promotion vouchers or any others exclusive discounts cannot be used in conjunction.
- Points earned are based on the total amount settled in each purchase.
- Points rewarded from purchases at Ecolite Official Website will expire 12 months from the transaction date while each Reward expired according to the validity period stated on T&C.
- The points earned cannot be exchanged for cash. Redemption of Points or Rewards in a single transaction can only be made by using the Points from the same Ecolite account.
- Members cannot transfer Points and Rewards to any other person unless otherwise allowed by Ecolite Malaysia.
- It is not possible to merge the Points and/or Rewards balances from more than Ecolite account onto a single account.
- Any Points or Rewards expired, redeemed and deducted from a Member’s Ecolite account is not refundable.
