The provision of your Personal Data is voluntary. However, if you do not provide your Personal Data, Ecolite Distribution may not be able to:

• provide you the requests, assistances and or services which you may require;

In respect of your right to access and/or correct your Personal Data, Ecolite Distribution has the right to refuse the your requests to access and/or make any correction to your Personal Data for the reasons permitted under law, such as where the expense of providing access to you is disproportionate to the risks to your privacy.

I. Opt-Out Rights

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data by providing written notice. Ecolite Distribution will act on such requests within a reasonable time frame.

However, if the withdrawal affects our ability to fulfill existing contractual obligations, Ecolite Distribution reserves the right to continue processing your data until such obligations are completed.
